Waiter / Waitress

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Waiter / Waitress to join our vibrant team at To Kastro, a popular and busy Greek restaurant specializing in delicious Mediterranean cuisine.

Located in stunning Methoni — right by the sea with incredible panoramic sea views — our restaurant offers not just great food, but an unforgettable working environment surrounded by crystal-clear waters, historic charm, and the relaxed vibe of coastal Greece.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience working in a busy restaurant environment (fast-paced service is a must)

• Excellent customer service skills, polished manners, and a warm, polite personality

• Sharp, energetic, and proactive — someone who thrives under pressure

• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability

• True team player who can also work autonomously when needed

• Fluent in Greek and English (essential for communicating with locals and international guests)

• Well-groomed appearance and professional presentation at all times

• Bonus: Some knowledge of wines (Greek varieties and Mediterranean pairings especially welcome!)​
